The residential structure offers two accommodations: one on the ground floor and one the first floor. The villa in the town center of Dervio with sunny exposure and views of Lake Como.
The villa features a private parking for our guests and it is also very close to the shops. In fact, within few steps, you can reach the shops without giving up the view of the lake. The residence has also a relaxing garden with ancient trees.
In the garden there is a relaxation area with barbecue equipped for delicious outdoor barbecues.
The Villa is located along the renowned 'Wayfarer's Path', therefore it is logistically very convenient for those who want to travel the intermediate stages of the path visit all the historical and cultural places in the surrounding area.
It is also possible to use bicycles and fitness gym on site free of charge.
The great variety of outdoor activities will make your holiday on Lake Como a unique experience.
